Description
In the autumn–winter season, the Kaunas District Public Health Bureau invites residents to free “Active Together” functional training sessions in the sports hall of Kulautuva Basic School. Functional training combines everyday movements – squats, steps, lifting – to strengthen different muscle groups. No registration is needed and you can join at any time.
