Description
The carving club teaches decorative carving of fruit and vegetables, a skill used when preparing and garnishing dishes. Sessions take place on Tuesdays during the 8th and 9th lesson periods, led by cookery teacher D. Kazlauskienė. The club is for the centre’s own students.
