Description
The first floor of the Elektrėnai Library features an information and service area, a periodicals reading room, computer workstations, and the Smart Space; The library offers personalized digital literacy consultations tailored to individual needs, and for those unable to visit due to health reasons, books are delivered to their homes once a month. As a participant in the “No One Is Forgotten” project, the library has a digital ambassador who helps seniors with their phones, computers, e-services, and video calls. Please schedule an appointment in advance by phone or in person; the library is closed to visitors on the last working day of the month.
