Description

The “Baleta nodarbības” ballet studio holds contemporary dance classes for adults on Friday evenings at its VEF branch in Rīga. It's a freer dance with a lot of floor work and use of body weight: you learn to link movement with breathing, to fall and get up safely, to improvise and to learn a short choreography. Suitable for those with no experience, and no partner needed. The group started on September 18; you can join by e-mailing the studio. You pay a monthly fee or per class.
