Cable car

The only cable car in Lithuania, running all year round between the Druskininkai water park in the town center and Snow Arena on the other bank of the Nemunas. The enclosed ten-seat cabins cover more than a kilometer in about 7.5 minutes and rise to 45 m – through the windows you can see the resort's pine forests, the bends of the Nemunas and a panorama of the town. The ride combines well with the water park or skiing: tickets are available one way or round trip, are sold at both stations and are valid only on the day of purchase. All passengers get off at the end station. The cable car leaves once at least 4 passengers have gathered, but at least every 15 minutes; children under 5 ride free.
