Description
The Bauska-area caramel makers Sviesta Karamele come to a school, company, celebration or outdoor spot – anywhere with electricity and a table. In the short format (20–30 min) each participant makes three kinds of caramel; the longer one (1–1.5 h) adds the history of sugar and its effect on health. Sessions run in Latvian, English and Russian and suit ages from preschool to grade 12.
