Description

The women’s vocal ensemble, led by Laima Petkuvienė, artistic director of the Šilalė District Municipality Cultural Center, is now in its eleventh year. Currently, the ensemble consists of ten performers—specialists in the social, cultural, and educational fields. Their concerts feature a varied program, including arrangements of Lithuanian folk songs as well as songs by Lithuanian and foreign composers. This actively touring ensemble can be seen not only at city and district festivals, but also at national vocal ensemble competitions, recitals, and festivals.
