Description
Klaipėdos miesto lengvosios atletikos mokykla has a separate training group for deaf and hard-of-hearing athletes. Sessions take place almost daily at the indoor athletics arena: running, endurance, speed and other events are practiced, and on Saturdays the group runs in Giruliai forest. The group is for young people who already train and aim for results; the school accepts school-age children and young people, and those with disabilities up to the age of 21. Anyone who wants to join fills in the admission form on the school's website, and then a first training session is arranged.

Deaf (MT) up to 21 years
Price: 10 € / month (Standard fee €10/month; according to the municipality, children with disabilities do not pay for training at municipal sports institutions – check with the school.)
