Description

The Lazdijai branch of the LASS (Lithuanian Union of the Blind and Partially Sighted) south-western center brings together people with visual impairments. In 2026 the branch provides free community-based social rehabilitation (18 places) and runs a socio-cultural activities project for people with disabilities in the town of Lazdijai: orientation and mobility training, talks on healthy living, educational outings and community meetings. In the sessions, participants learn to manage independently in daily life and build ties with others. Participation and times need to be agreed with the branch – write by e-mail or drop in at Kauno g. 8.
