Kazdanga Manor Park, with its many exotic tree species, was laid out from the late 18th century and extended until the end of the 19th; it has the Girls’ and Boys’ ponds, and the Valāta park merges into a forest park. The classicist Kazdanga Palace, home to the museum, stands in the park. The park is open for walks at any time, and guided tours can be booked at the museum.
