Description
A municipal support programme for Cēsis region families with children aged 4–7 who anger quickly, struggle with rules or ignore what adults ask. Children practise communicating and recognising and managing emotions; parents learn to build a supportive setting and consistently encourage wanted behaviour. It includes 10 social-skills sessions for children and 10 evening sessions for parents, led by psychologists and teachers.
