Activities for seniors as part of the Talsi Region Health Promotion Project: exercise sessions led by a physical therapist and tailored to older adults. The sessions took place on Tuesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Talsi Sports Center; Similar sessions are also held in Pļavmuiža, Valdemārpils, and Tiņģere. The municipality publishes a new schedule of events every month, so please check the specific times.
