The Biržai Regional Museum “Sėla” is located in the restored Biržai Castle and arsenal, which are surrounded by bastions, ramparts, and moats. The exhibits tell the story of the archaeology of the Selonians and Semigallians, the era of the Radvila Dukes and the Tiškevičius Counts, the history of the Biržai region in the 19th–20th centuries, religious communities, and traditional brewing; The arsenal displays weapons from the 16th–17th centuries, and two halls are dedicated to rotating art exhibitions. Adult admission is €5; discounted admission is €2.50; family tickets are available; guided tours can be booked in Lithuanian, English, Latvian, or Russian.
