The “Baltai” Sports and Wellness Club in Šilainiai features weight training rooms where trainers and physical therapists are on hand to assist, as well as aerobics and other group exercise classes, a steam room, and a sauna, all of which are available to club members free of charge. The club is open on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Membership options include morning, midday, daytime, evening, or unlimited access. Discounts are available for schoolchildren, students, and retirees, and parking is free.

- Monthly Membership 18.00 € – 35.00 € / month Gym membership per month: morning (6:30 a.m.–12 p.m.) – 20 €, day (6:30 a.m.–6 p.m.) – €25, midday (11 a.m.–3 p.m.) – €18, evening (5 p.m.–9:30 p.m.) – €29, unlimited – €35. With a long-term contract – €19.90 (until 4:00 p.m.) or €29.90 (unlimited). Schoolchildren, students, and seniors receive a 10% discount (not applicable to evening memberships); 20% off a 6-month membership; 30% off a 12-month membership; Discounts cannot be combined. Saunas and parking lot—free of charge.
