The IMPULS fitness club in Panevėžys, located at 14 Parko St., features a weight training room with a free-weight area, as well as cycling and other group exercise studios—over 200 classes are held there each month. The water and sauna area includes a swimming pool, a children’s pool, two whirlpool tubs, a sauna, a steam room, a salt room, and an infrared sauna. The club is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; in the weight room, teenagers aged 14–18 may work out with a written request from their parents or guardians, while minors are allowed in the pool and sauna areas only when accompanied by an adult.
