“Gradatim” is the only women’s sports club in Šiauliai, located in the Tennis Academy building: a modern gym, consultations with certified trainers, personalized training programs, “Roll Shaper” massages, and body composition measurements using the “Tanita” device. On weekdays, the club is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; on weekends and holidays, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The trainers also assist women who want to get back in shape after giving birth; consultations on nutrition and training are free of charge.

- Monday – friday 07:00–21:00
- Saturday – sunday 08:00–20:00
- Monthly Membership 26.00 € – 34.00 € / month The club is for women only. Unlimited monthly membership – €34; 12 workouts per month – €29; 8 workouts per month – €26. Schoolgirls, college students, and seniors receive a 10% discount; a 10% discount is also available when paying for 3 months in advance.
- One-time visit 5.00 € / visit One workout – 5 €; a private session with a trainer – 10 €, a personalized program – 15 €.
