The pool and sauna area at the “Gradiali” sanatorium in Palanga is open to non-guests as well: two pools, whirlpool baths, two Turkish baths, a steam room, and a Himalayan salt wall; water aerobics classes are held on weekdays. Tickets can be purchased for 2 or 3 hours or for unlimited time; the lowest rates apply on weekdays until 3:00 p.m.; “weekend” rates apply starting Friday at 3:00 p.m., on holidays, and during school breaks; a surcharge of 3–9 € applies for exceeding the allotted time. Children under 18 may enter only when accompanied by an adult.
