Description
The Pasvalys Open Youth Center is located on the fourth floor of the Marius Katiliškis Public Library. Young people can come here in their free time without needing to be members or pay a fee to: hang out with friends, engage in creative activities, participate in exhibitions, educational programs, and initiatives, and receive help or advice from youth workers. For example, at the center, you can use the “Quiver 3D” app to turn your drawing into a 3D image. It is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
