Description
Gypsum rocks—a geological feature unique to the Pasvalys region—are also associated with the famous sinkholes. In the museum’s “tiny art lab,” participants learn about gypsum—the rock that shapes the Pasvalys landscape — the rock that shapes the Pasvalys landscape; they get to touch natural gypsum and cast their own souvenir or piece of jewelry, which they then paint in their favorite colors. The program is designed for students in grades 1–12; the cost is €5.
