Description
Adults with intellectual or mental disabilities who live at home spend the day at the care home, which also lets their families work. Each person has an individual care and activity plan; an activity specialist organises occupation and leisure, with an occupational therapist and physiotherapist as needed, plus self-care and household skills and meals. Special transport brings people from surrounding elderships within 25 km and takes them home. People with acute psychosis, active tuberculosis or another acute illness that may endanger others are not admitted.

Price: 1 100–1 400 € / month (€1,100 per month for a person with a disability, €1,400 for a person with a severe disability. Please check with the nursing home to find out how much the person would pay.)
