Description
An introduction to the history and customs of Aukštaitija through its traditional food, such as ragaišis bread, pressed sour cream, curd cheeses, hemp spread, įsnauja, kvass and beer. It also covers local patterns and costume, and a folklore part with songs, dances and games can be added.
